Lori McCline is Regional Clinical Director overseeing the Greenbranch Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. Lori has been with Behavioral Crossroads Recovery since 2013 and has been instrumental in its continued growth and strategic evolvement. She received her B.A. in Management in 2011 and went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling in 2013 from Grand Canyon University.

Rick brings a dynamic, individualized counseling strategy that draws from the most effective theoretical approaches tailored to your specific needs.

Valerie is an experienced licensed massage therapist specializing therapeutic massage. Her passion is helping others to help themselves is her passion. Valerie believes in the holistic approach, providing therapeutic massage treatments, self-help tools/tips and comprehensive Wellness education. She is a graduate of the Omega Institute for basic massage and other specialized modalities. As a Trauma Competent Professional trained by Lakeside Global, Valerie’s focus is helping individuals impacted by trauma discover their own journey towards recovery, healing, and hope.

Natalie has been working in the mental health field since 2010. She holds dual BAs in Psychology and Holistic Health and Wellness, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Natalie is also trained in yoga and meditation (teaching since 2008), Substance Abuse Counseling, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Natalie’s overall approach to counseling and coaching is person-centered, strengths-based, and holistic in philosophy. She has experience working with a

Laurel has been a human resources executive, manager, and generalist for over a decade. She has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Training and Development and experience in various healthcare specialties, including Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery, Mental Health Treatment, Partial Care, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Residential and Vocational Training Programs, and Gastroenterology. Laurel loves living near the shore, and in her free time enjoys swimming, the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
