Depending on clinical needs, we offer outpatient (OP), intensive outpatient (IOP), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), medication-supported care, and various therapeutic groups. Each level is designed to meet individuals where they are in their recovery journey.
A licensed professional will conduct a thorough assessment to understand your needs, goals, and current challenges. This evaluation guides our recommendation for the most supportive and effective level of care.
Yes. We specialize in treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our integrated care model addresses both simultaneously, recognizing how mental health and substance use challenges often intersect. We do not offer standalone mental health services; all treatment is focused on individuals with substance use concerns, including those with dual diagnoses.
You can call us, submit an online inquiry, or request a screening appointment. An intake coordinator will connect with you to explain the process and guide you through the next steps. You can also call us at 609-622-5101.
We traditionally schedule individuals in 24-48 hours unless a weekend or holiday are a conflict. As an outpatient treatment provider, we need to validate insurance and collect relevant screening information to determine eligibility. This phone call usually takes up to 20 minutes and appointments for outpatient care can result in the 24-48 hour window. For Extended Care Housing linked to Treatment we may need additional time for transportation and placement. Medication and other relevant needs for the longer term housing partnership require more time. This is traditionally 2-3 days at a minimum depending on the variables.
Some programs offer extended hours to accommodate work, school, and family commitments. Availability depends on the specific service. Please contact us to learn more about current scheduling options.
If you need to miss an appointment, we ask that you notify us as early as possible. Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation policy, but we will work with you to reschedule and stay on track with your treatment.
Yes, we accept many commercial insurance plans as well as public payers. Coverage may vary by program and service, so we recommend calling to confirm benefits and eligibility. You can also start the insurance verification process online.
Yes. Psychiatric evaluations and medication management services are available when clinically indicated. These services are integrated into a broader care plan and are provided by licensed professionals.
The duration of treatment depends on your individual progress, needs, and treatment goals. Our team regularly reviews your plan with you to ensure it remains supportive and effective. It can range from 30-90 days depending on the level of care and transition between higher or lower levels. We traditionally think support works and sometimes we cannot scratch the surface depending on mild, moderate or severe conditions in less than 90 days.
We prioritize continuity of care. Whenever possible, you will work with the same clinician or care team throughout your treatment to build a strong therapeutic relationship.
Yes, with your consent, family involvement may be encouraged as part of the recovery process. This can include family therapy, education, or support services to strengthen the overall healing environment.
At our programs, outcomes vary based on several important factors, including diagnosis, level of care, length of engagement, external supports, and the presence of co-occurring mental health conditions.
Program Completion
- Across outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial care settings, approximately 60–75% of clients complete their recommended level of care.
- Completion rates tend to be higher among clients who:
-
- Engage consistently in treatment
- Maintain stable housing and employment supports
- Participate in aftercare and ongoing therapy
6-Month Recovery Outcomes
- Clients with mild to moderate mental health conditions alongside substance use disorders often demonstrate stronger short-term outcomes, with approximately 55–65% maintaining meaningful improvement or sustained recovery at six months when they remain engaged in follow-up care.
- Clients with more complex or severe co-occurring mental health disorders typically show lower short-term stability, with 30–45% maintaining sustained recovery at six months, often requiring longer treatment duration and step-down or continuing care services.
12-Month Recovery Outcomes
- At the one-year mark, outcomes reflect the chronic and relapsing nature of both substance use and certain mental health disorders:
-
- 40–55% of clients with less severe co-occurring conditions maintain recovery or significant functional improvement
- 25–40% of clients with more significant mental health and substance use complexity maintain recovery, often with ongoing outpatient support, medication management, or re-engagement in care
It is important to note that recovery is not a single event but a process. Many clients experience periods of stability, symptom recurrence, and renewed engagement in treatment. Re-entry into care is viewed as a clinical success, not a failure.
Our program emphasizes:
- Individualized treatment planning
- Integrated mental health and substance use care
- Long-term support, relapse-prevention planning, and aftercare coordination
We are committed to setting realistic expectations, supporting sustained recovery, and helping each client build a stable, meaningful life beyond treatment.
